Stunning Cedar Craftsman Tiny House! Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Louviers , Colorado

(SALE PENDING 6/28/19) This one-of-a-kind stunning cedar craftsman tiny home has been our dream to create for some time! With only a few weeks of construction left, the beautiful picture in our head is coming to life and we can’t wait to share it! We are a husband and wife team of teachers. Eric is a woodshop teacher and Gretchen is a kindergarten teacher (with a degree from the New York School of Interior Design). Together we have restored vintage apartments in New York and our current 108 year old home in Louviers Colorado. Inspired by a tiny house show we attended in 2018 we bought a Trailer Made Trailer, a house plan for the basics and got to work! Our hope is to create one a year to sell, we can’t wait for someone to get their hands on the very first one! More pictures will be posted as details are completed.
