Our expandable home units come in three different lengths; 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft — each built to last 20-30 years and can withstand up to category 8 earthquakes. Each shell is equipped with a full bathroom and the ability to add a full kitchen. Expandable homes are assembled in San Diego, CA, shipped directly to the customer, and installed on-site. They can serve as standalone houses, ADUs, or even rental / AirBnB units (where local governments and permits allow). Our Expandable homes are classified as Trailers so are able to approved and permitted immediately assuming your land has existing sewage or septic. All our costs include installation at location (assuming the land is leveled and ready for us.)
