This is a great tiny home which is very cute and well built. It is 399 sq. ft with a great 10 ft porth attached. It also has a side porch with washer & dryer hookups. These items will need to be removed prior to moving and reinstalled at the time of relocation. We purhased and moved it about 12 yars ago. It has fresh paint from only 4 months ago. It is very clean with only 1 senior living in it the entire time. Well kept and non smoker. This would need to be unstrapped, wheels placed back on and hauled away. We are accounting for that in the price.
