This tiny house was built by friends of ours as a family project. It’s never been lived in.
The total length including the porch is 21 feet 10 inches and 7.5 feet wide. Interior footage is approximately 135 square feet, not including the loft. It is nearly maintenance-free with a vinyl exterior, metal roof, vinyl single hung windows, and vinyl trim inside and out.
There are hurricane clips on all trusses, multiple bolting to the frame of the trailer, and metal banding around the entire house. It is built with Ziptech sheeting along with 4 inches of insulation in all walls/ceiling and 6 inches insulation in the floor. All flooring underlayment and wood in contact with the trailer is pressure treated.
The tiny house main floor has a couch area, table area, kitchen area, and storage area. It includes an Amazon Fire TV, metal table, 2 bar stools, black couch with fold out bed, and a black wardrobe cupboard.
A permanently fastened metal ladder gives access to the loft that has windows on each side.
The loft includes a headboard and a brand new mattress which is a full size 6 inch memory foam by Mainstays.
The bathroom is at the back of the tiny house with a full size shower and a nature’s head toilet.
It is wired for a 220 split heat/AC unit, which can be installed for an additional fee.
Selling this tiny house as is for $47,500. Buyer needs to arrange transportation from Schoharie, New York.
