Aspen Park Model Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Brookland, Arkansas

This tiny log cabin is perfect for a young couple looking for their first home or someone searching for a place that isn’t quite cookie cutter. This home is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom log cabin style tiny house that features a wood exterior as well as pine ship lap interior. It has a 6’x11’ front porch with swing. The house is built on a triple axle bumper pull trailer that is 11’x34’. The house was built in 2013 by Woodtex Products of Tennessee. Even being a tiny house it accommodates a full size refrigerator and range which are included. This house features two closet spaces in the bedroom plus additional cabinets and drawers. There is plenty of storage in this house for all of life’s needs. It is fully plumbed with a shower, toilet, and sink in the bathroom and a sink in the kitchen. The house has two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, that are more than sufficient in keeping the house warm in the winter and cold in the summer. The couch and table are not included. The bed, tv, appliances, and electric fireplace in the living room are included. My spouse and I lived in this house for over two years and loved every minute of it. The house has never been smoked in as we are both non smokers and have been the sole owners.
