28’ x 8.5’ Custom tiny home on wheels. Features 2 lofts: the larger one is around 8.5’ x 9’ (large enough for a queen mattress) with a ranging height of 35” at the center peak of the ceiling, down to 18” along the wall. The second loft is around 8.5’ x 7’. The kitchen has a large ceramic farmhouse sink, a full stove/oven that runs on propane, and a medium sized fridge. There are hookups for a washer/dryer combo unit as well. The bathroom currently has a flushing toilet, however I still have the previous composting toilet (Nature’s Head) if desired. There’s a standard size shower, and small hand washing sink as well as a ventilation fan. Bathroom can be closed off with a sliding barn door made of solid wood. Two wall heaters and a thermostat are installed, one in the living room and one in the bathroom, which run off electricity. There is an on-demand hot water heater that heats water quite fast, with a panel where you can set the temperature limit. Hot water heater runs off of propane as well. Electricity is powered via a 240v plug (included), water is connected through a standard garden hose attachment and will include a “food safe” hose line as well. I can also include a 5 gallon propane tank. Gutters are installed on both sides along with downspouts. There’s a fresh coat of paint on the entire interior. Also included is a pre-installed air purifier (above the stove) to filter out impurities. Everything sits atop a solid utility trailer with 4 wheels all in good condition, ready to be towed to its new home! Also includes a registered title through the Department of Licensing in Washington. I’m open to possibly negotiated delivery arrangements depend on the distance.
