Custom Tumbleweed-built, RVIA-certified 26’ Cypress model, built in 2016. Triple-axle trailer and 8.5 ft wide, hubs serviced/lubed July 2020. GVWR is 12,500 lbs. The house is 200 sq. ft, not including the sleeping loft. 50 amp compatible with a propane hook-up. The home has been connected to shore power and water (adjacent house) and has a Nature’s Head composting toilet, so no need for black water tanks or direct connect to sewer but, the house is prepared for conversion to a flush toilet. It has a red metal roof, matching red screen door and shutters, and exterior cedar siding (two coats of clear coat stain-July 2020). The interior Includes custom hardwood storage stairs (built by local master cabinet maker) leading to sleeping loft (6.8 ft wide x 12.5 ft long) and comfortably fits a queen size mattress, built in shelf and closet rod. Storage loft at the other end is large enough for a single bed. Ceiling height is ~13 ft in the living area and the loft height is 3’6”. There is a closet for clothing, plenty of cabinet space and drawers, and large open shelves in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a large white farmers sink, oven/stove top with a vent hood, 7.4 cu ft refrigerator, and butcher block countertop and fold down dining table. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower stall, sink, the Nature’s Head toilet, and exhaust fan. Other features: ceiling fan, LED lights throughout, and very cost effective split pack AC. Utilities include a 10-gallon hot water heater, a 40 gal water tank and a propane furnace. There are two 30 lb propane tanks which support the furnace, stove/oven, and all hot water requirements. There is also a back up electric “Envi” heater, if you prefer a silent convection heat over the furnace. There is a washer/dryer combo, ceiling fan, lots of windows and natural light, a cork floor, plus an outdoor shower for those who may prefer to get the dirt off before going inside.
