Tiny House living that doesn’t feel tiny!
Whether you're looking for a tiny home to telework from, need a weekend retreat, an airbnb investment or want to start living tiny, this home is a YEAR-ROUND delight! I took all the best ideas from Tiny House Hunters and had this one built by a general contractor. Solid wood frame construction, metal roofing (great for adding solar panels), cedar shingles and spray foam cell insulation make this home a year-round treasure.
Built on a custom steel frame trailer and currently resting on concrete blocks. The trailer is not registered, so I have a contract with a mobile home moving company that will provide this service (up to 60 miles from Boonsboro). Cost is determined by site prep needs on the buyers end. Cost range from $4k-6k.
