Tiny house with sleeping loft located in New York Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Greenwich, New York

Newly built, beautiful tiny house waiting for its first loving occupants! This is the perfect +/- 180 sq ft, on grid home ready to set up on your property. The house has 2 lofts, one which perfectly fits a queen bed and has an operable skylight allowing for in bed star gazing (recently added, no pictures yet). Custom built, including cabinetry, with excellent attention to detail. Insulated for winter use but does not yet have heating installed (though designed for several potential options). Although, set on a trailer, is movable and has traveled across country already, long distances are not recommended as it is overweight. Please message for more information or to arrange viewing.
