The Tiny House is situated on Newman Lake Washington. It is for sale, and the waterfront land it is on can be rented. The Tiny House features a double glass door to enjoy the views. Keyless entry makes access easy and you can check the lock on the door when away using an app. There is a table with seating facing each other adjacent to the door. A large couch looks out the double door, at the electric fireplace, or at the adjustable flat-screen TV. Above the coach is a mini split that provides both heat and air conditioning. The electric fireplace is built into storage cabinets. The tiny house is plumbed and ready for a washer and dryer, but the unit does not have one. The barn door slides between the bathroom and the storage closet. The bathroom has a shower that uses a propane instant hot water heater. The toilet is a nature's head composting toilet but could be retrofitted for other systems as the new owner's site allows. There is an apartment-size refrigerator and a toaster oven next to the stainless sink. The sleek propane double burner stove is mounted on a wood counter and has a stainless vent above. Under the stove, there are two sets of drawers for storage. The bed is in the loft which is accessed with a built-in ladder.
