Rustic interior with exposed lumber to feel like a tiny timber frame structure.

Built on skids and can be easily moved with a shed mule and/or tilt trailer. Buyer is responsible for arranging transport. Pick up at our campground on S. End of Silver Lake (zip code NY 14550). Transport costs would be negotiated between you and the mover. To save money and avoid extra miles for the mover, find a trucking company that is along the route between you and Silver Lake. They are easy to find when you search "shed mover" on Facebook Marketplace.
Designed as a 3 season cabin. A simple electric space heater/ radiator works well to heat the building thanks to the insulation in the walls, roof and even floor. The propane water heater is external. It could be replaced with an internal water heater if you wanted to use the cabin year round. Or simply use it as a dry cabin when below freezing. A ceiling fan and large number of windows keeps the unit cool in summer, but an AC is also provided for the few humid days we get each year.
Currently connected to municipal sewer with a residential toilet. You can easily convert to a toilet type of your choice if you are going off-grid.
The cabin is currently mothballed, but we can open it for showings with a few days’ notice. Our glampground is on a private road and closed for the winter. Viewings by appointment only.
