Built on a trailer by Trailer Made, this house features a metal shed roof, tempered Jeldwen winddows, a Velux egress skylight, interior loft framing (7.5' x 11'), 32" shower stall with a Delta glass door ready to install. 3" foam insulation in the floor, construction with exterior grade screws. The corrugated metal roof is designed for SW Colorado snow loads (3/12 pitch and 2x8 rafters 16"oc). Exterior upgrades include corrugated metal and beautiful cedar lap siding.
