This tiny house is 217 sq feet and is move-in ready! The house was built on a 2015 trailer. The electricity is 30 amp. Currently, two adults and our toy fox terrier live here. The house has two lofts, the main loft fits a king-sized mattress. The other loft could sleep another person. The restroom has a regular toilet (not a composting toilet) so if you are hooked up to water at a campsite or RV park you can do your business as usual. This house has a comfortably sized shower. It comes with a mini-split air conditioning unit that has heat and remote control so you can control the climate from anywhere inside. The kitchen is equipped with an alkaline reverse osmosis filtration system for your drinking water and cooking needs. The laundry room/closet also has a washing/dryer machine. This house has traveled from Tennessee to Florida where it has survived many hurricane seasons unharmed. We love our tiny house and we will be sad to say goodbye but new adventures are calling.
