It is 280 square feet on a a custom 8' X 24' trailer by Carson Trailer. It is currently framed, sheeted, roofed and the siding is being installed. The siding will be completed by the Sept. 15. with LP smart side. There are low E Milgard windows and custom Front door with Oval shaped 3/4 light. The Shell can be purchased after siding but arrangements will need to be made to get pricing. Pricing depends on where in construction purchase is agreed upon.
