Dimensions: 10ft wide x 20ft long x 16ft high. Permits, etc would have to be purchased for moving, at buyer's expense.
We remodeled from original layout to add in full kitchen. New countertops and sink. Dishwaser, sink and countertops are included in purchase. Does not include a bathroom or shower. We built an outdoor shower/bath house to suit our needs. We added on the deck and it will come with purchase. You can disassemble it and rebuild it on the new site.
The siding will also need to be redone. The previous owner used various materials and it was not put on properly so it was taken down.
There is a loft that holds a king size bed plus extra room for storage and such. There is also a smaller secondary storage loft about the living room.
This would be a perfect starter home for someone looking to downsize into the Tiny realm. We have loved living in it.
