All lights are LED for low energy use. A flat roof for you to add solar! 15-gallon water tank with Hybrid 7-gallon Bosch Hot Water Heater. Septic ready, all hoses and jack stabilizers included in her toolbox. Ladder to the roof and an additional ladder for getting to anything else you might need.
