SALE PENDING—Tiny house for sale in colorado

SALE PENDING—I’m selling my tiny house. It’s 32 ft by 10 ft. The roof is metal and the sides are galvanized steel, and cedar. It has two access doors and they have storm doors. The living room is on the cozy side with a daybed with a fireplace and two windows. The bathroom has a large (I say a two person)shower , a small sink with storage underneath , composte toilet, with a small storage closet for personal items. In the great room area is the dining room and kitchen. The dining area has tons of book or storage shelves with a broom closet. The kitchen has been my favorite. Tons of lower cabinets with a pantry that has pull out shelves. The upper area has open shelves to make it feel more open. The gas stove has a wok burner built in. The refrigerator has bottom two drawer freezer. No dishwasher but it has a washer dryer combo. The heat and A/C is a mini split. And the water heater is a on demand that I’ve loved.
