Our 2019 custom designed tiny house maximizes every square inch of space. It does sit on a concrete pad which allows for clean and easily accessible storage underneath the home. It also has a custom designed porch with an outdoor kitchen.
Master Bedroom (2 closets-barn doors, built in dresser with a cabinet on top for a television, built in bedroom suit with double row of drawers- both sides & floating night stands for extra storage underneath as well as easy access to drawers under the bed, pocket door to bedroom gives extra space)
Kitchen (All appliances are Whirlpool and upgraded, refrigerator is a regular size side by side, oversized farm sink, glass top stove, combination microwave/ convection oven, extra cabinets for great storage, shelves above cabinets for extra storage or decorative displays)
Hall (stackable washer and dryer, extra cabinets built in and pantry cabinets)
Bathroom (extra cabinets, mirror with good sized medicine cabinet, large tiled shower
Family Room (Entertainment cabinet built in, 60 inch flat screen television with surround sound that was mounted properly by Best Buy)
Loft (Double loft that easily holds 2 king size mattresses and a love sac over sized bean bag, built in television stand and wired for cable)
Miscellaneous (Cellular cordless room darkening blinds and remote operated for windows that are up too high to reach, extra insulation added to help with electric bills)
AC (3 A/C units with remote controls -- big deal because most tiny houses only have 1)
Ceiling (stained wood)
Exterior (Cedar accents, pex piping to prevent busting pipes in the cold weather)
Porch (Custom designed with outdoor kitchen, dual purpose benches for seating or storage, outdoor mini fridge and sink, party lighting)
The tiny house can be sold separately and moved by the buyer or bought with the porch. There is a yearly lease of $3,000 which includes water, sewer, park trash, and grounds kept clean)
