This is a 2017 Cargo trailer conversion that is 85% complete. A DIYer could finish in a couple days, maybe less. I outgrew my towing capacity- so I am selling. It is light for a Tiny house at 3520lbs, approx 4500 when complete. Fully insulated with foam board including the under side. Designed for long term temp. house and with boondocking in mind. It Is 7’x 7’ x 14’ long with a bull nose. The fold down door make a porch. Stow bunk and a 3/4 size, sofa bed. Modified high desk counter and storage. My intention was to add Ikea cabinets and open closet (the spaces were planed for that).Divider for a compost or camp potty (not included). It has a separate 10 gal. tank with a pump that can be filled with bags, or connect via hose connection. Mobile gray water tank. The combination tub/shower sink and fold-up counter keep plumbing simple so there is only one drain. Fold up shower/tub is roomy with plenty of counter space. On demand h/w heater is vented, and rated for indoor use. Faucet and mounting includes all hardware, fittings, and Pex parts. Ceiling tiles are cut and 1/2 wallpapered, paper Included. The idea was to have an insulated and light ceiling, so I made my own tiles. I was going to adhere with industrial Velcro. Trim pieces are included for ceiling. There is a 12v ceiling fan. AC is permanently mounted. 4 jack stands and a level. Outside coated with Thompsons water seal. There is a small leak under one of the windows which I just noticed, the Window is a little warped, extra tuftex and leftover trim pieces included. Ceramic heater was the beginning of a heating system. I wanted to do a mini woodstove. The only other thing that I can think of is one taillight is out. There must be a pinched wire somewhere. I left all wiring exposed at the ceiling level- so not too tricky for someone with skills. Tires and brakes all new condition. If you would like the goal zero and the flexible solar panel asking 10,500. It has title and a Maryland tag.
