In June of 2021 I purchased a newly built tiny house. I added a staircase to make accessing the lofts easier and a catwalk to connect the two lofts. I purchased a propane cook stove/oven and washer/dryer unit for the house. I replaced the 20gal electric hot water heater with a propane on demand hot water heater. I added 4 storage shelves next to the refrigerator and put in a water filter. I just finished repainting the entire house so that it is completely fresh and ready to go for the next owner.
The tiny house has two bedrooms and a living room. I have included pictures of it with furniture from when I was living in it as well as it empty. It is currently located at Crest Haven Mobile Park in Bellingham. If you would like to keep it at the park you will have to pass a background check with the park's management. The park is located right next to Lake Padden and is only a five minute walk down the road.
