It’s about 70% recycled materials from Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse, ebay, craigslist and other sources. The house is designed for maximum storage, comfort & utility. The house is bolted to the trailer along the exterior wall perimeter. It is not designed to be removed from the trailer.

The house is fully insulated w/fiberglass: 4”thk walls & ceilings, 6” thk floor.
The outer sheathing is painted, galvanized sheet metal. The exterior also includes tin shingles, vintage caboose lanterns and 150 yr old pine boards (& Nails!).
Towing Information
House road envelope is 8’-6” Wide, 13’-6” High, 24’ Long:
This road envelope does not require a DOT permit for travel. Nevertheless, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify that any route traveled provides adequate overhead clearance as clearances below 13’-6” are common. Additionally, particularly in hot weather conditions, tire pressure should be monitored to avoid excessive pressure due to expansion of hot air which may cause a tire blowout depending on specific conditions. The Trailer is equipped with new tires and a used spare.
