I started this tiny home on my lot in Truckee CA. It started as a very nice shed but the tiny home bug bit me and I started to design it as a tiny home completely. I'm looking to build a full-sized home now on my property and may want to just sell it off at this point.
It has most of its rough electrical and subpanel just add circuit breakers, plumbing supply lines are "Pex", gas lines, and insulation R19 all around including the floor. The bathroom is framed in, all windows are in except one triangular window at loft level (loft not yet installed but enough area for a queen-sized bed). The front door is a very nice slider wood with a fiberglass clad, adjustable shades inside the glass. Built strong, 2x6 walls... full-beam headers, etc. everything is new and built to high standards!
I have talked with the best fabrication welder in town who is coming up with a custom trailer for it, for around $5000. I'm asking $10,000 without the trailer but I'll include up to 60 hours of my labor to finish it, materials to complete not included. Must see to appreciate it!!
