This 8x26 foot Tiny Home is built on a 2022 certified manufactured trailer specially designed for a Tiny Home. The trailer has a 15,000-pound capability with dual axles and equipped with electric brakes. This Tiny Home has two lofts, an 8x8 and a 8x12 foot loft. Each loft has two windows for ventilation. the bathroom area has its own window and is laid out for a 32x32 shower unit, a standard or compost toilet and up to a 30-inch vanity. There is also extra space in the bathroom area for a stackable washer and dryer and two 2-foot closets. The kitchen area has plenty of space for cabinets and fridge with a window over the kitchen sink. the living area has a bump out over the front hitch of the trailer for extra room for a possible sofa sleeper. The living area has three windows for natural lighting and ventilation. There is also room for a fold down table for a work or eating space.
