The Tiny Farmhouse is an 8x16 RJO, which was built in 2019 by Incredible Tiny Homes. All the finnish work was done by us. The RJO model is no longer available. The home is made of solid wood. The house will come fully furnished which includes the pull out couch.
The home has been used as an AirBNB rental for the last year and is in excellent condition. There is also an option to possibly keep the home in the Tiny House Community it is currently located in if desired which is located in Newport TN (about 45 minutes from Gatlinburg TN) on Incredible Tiny Homes Property. They have 3 Tiny home communities located there and our home is currently located in The Forest section. If you wanted to keep the home there you would have to sign a 1 year Sublease for the property with us for $300 per month. That would cover rent and water/sewar. You would get your own electric and internet (if desired) set up in your name with the local power company. We will also have to get you approved by Incredible Tiny Homes to Sublease from us. After that year, our Sublease agreement will be terminated and you can sign your own lease with Incredible Tiny Homes to stay in that spot or you can take it away if desired. I don't know the cost for rent and water at that time as it may change.
