Tiny Cabin/Cottage on wheels Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in wabash, Indiana

Privately built Tiny house on an 18 ft. trailer. I've moved my stuff out and it is ready for your personal touches to make it your own. It was built in the fall of 2016 with 2x4 framing and is insulated from floor to ceiling. The roof is metal with ice and water shield barrier underneath. The windows were brand new when built and the flooring is a recycled rubber. It has about 140 sq ft of living space between the two levels. Feels bigger with the tall ceiling. There is also an attached shed on the front of the house. It is registered as a trailer and meets bridge height requirements. I have not weighed it. The trailer is rated at 7000lbs and I had no problems when towing it with a Ford F250. It would be perfect for a seasonal campground or even a vacation rental for someone who has a place to park it. The futon is brand new and I will throw it in if you want it. The price is Firm at $9,000 cash. Thanks for looking
