The Tiny Twig is 200 square feet of functional and enjoyable living. All new appliances are included, stainless steel fridgerator and sink, washer/dryer combo, and heating and air. The loft fits a king size bed and all windows crank open.
If you do not want to move this tiny home around with you, the Tiny Twig is currently located within a tiny home community called, Little River Escape. Little River Escape has 48 lease lots where you get 3/4 of an acre lot with water, electrical, and sewage hookups. There are also lots for sale in Alabama that the owner of Little River Escape currently has with river views. There is hiking, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, a community pool and pool house, and a gym all available on site.

Also, if you are traveling a long distance, come rent one of the tiny homes. The “Try Before You Buy” program allows you to rent one a tiny home and experience life in a tiny home before investing in one. All fees put towards renting one of the homes will be put towards your purchase of buying one of our tiny homes.
