The Marion is a 320 square foot tiny house built in Charleston County, South Carolina. This tiny house was built with comfort, functionality, and style in mind, featuring an open-concept living area with a love seat and foldable desktop or bench, a full kitchen, full bathroom, two sleeping lofts (master and guest) connected by a loft bridge, a ladder and hatch door leading to the guest loft, built-in drawers with soft-close stair treads, a wardrobe closet and a laundry room. The kitchen and bathroom feature walnut butcher block countertops, chrome fixtures, a stainless kitchen sink and a vessel sink in the bathroom. This tiny house has a classic Charleston exterior featuring cedar plank siding painted verditer blue, white trim, lush window boxes, Charleston green shutters, a motion-activated coach light, and a Charleston awning.
