This beautiful 20 ft. tiny house on wheels was built as a demo model for the Colorado Front Range area and is designed and built to handle the winters and summers of the Rocky Mountain foothills. It has been at WeeCasa tiny house resort in Lyons, CO since May 1 and is available for possession on November 1. WeeCasa is a rental community and the tiny house rentals are managed like an airbnb. It is not a tiny home living community.
It uses top quality materials inside and out including hardwood floors, granite counter tops and custom wood cabinets. The bathroom has a roomy shower, sink and flushing toilet. Closed cell foam insulation throughout. Huge 100 sq. ft. loft for sleeping and storage.Comes with wall mounted TV and DVD player.
It has electric 10 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, induction stove top and microwave and a 3/4 ton LG split a/c and heating unit. Hot water heater and oven are propane. Plumbed and wired for combo washer/dryer - unit was removed for stay at WeeCasa.
It is plumbed and wired for both city and RV type hookup: 110v/220v AC - 50A hookup with gray and black water drainage system.
