Sweet Jane Fully Converted Bus Converted Vehicle for Sale in Steamboat Springs, Colorado

For sale is an International S1800 with a DT 466 and allison 4 speed automatic which has been fully converted into an awesome RV. The engine was rebuilt about 75,000 miles ago and runs perfect. 466 cubic inch / 7.3 liter turbo diesel. The vehicle was owned by the state of California corrections facility for the first 10 years of its service and then was purchased by a gentleman named Peter who started the conversion and used it to travel back and forth to Central America. I purchased "Sweet Jane" in 2000 and began finishing the conversion with all new RV and bus parts over the next 5 years. I used Sweet Jane to live in British Columbia during the winter so I have tried in every way to winterize the RV so it can handle extreme cold. One of the water tanks is inside. Water lines have been routed and wrapped with insulation near the hot air ducts so as long as the heater is occasionally running, your water lines will not freeze. I did not have any problem as cold as -30c. Vehicle has a 40000 BTU propane forced air furnace that keeps it toasty. It is also equipped with felt-lined window covers which are awesome when it gets down below zero. It's a completely self-contained home and comfortable for living off grid for weeks at a time! Lots more info available that wouldn't fit here, please contact me for details. I'm willing to deliver the vehicle anywhere. Contact me and we'll work out a fair price for delivery.
