Made for year long living. Metal roof and metal siding. Interior walls made of pine plywood. All walls and ceiling are 4 inch spray foamed. As for the floor, it is 6 inch of fiberglass insulation. Heated with a propane heater.
Trailer size is 24' x 8'.6" and has all season tires. Brakes and lights are all in good shape with 7K tandem axles.
Full size appliances (Refrigerator stainless steel Electrolux (electric), black Mabe propane stove, LG washer dryer in one combo (electric and ventless). Space and connections for a dishwasher. Lots of counter space!
Wood style cushion floor.
The bedroom is the primary loft and is 8' by 10' by 4’ and fits a queen size mattress with still enough room to walk around the bed easily to get to your closets.
Second loft is used for storage but could easily fit another bed for company or become a second bedroom for another family member. Size is 8' by 6' by 3’ apro. That's where the tankless water heater is as well as the breaker box.
Living room area has enough space to put a love seat, a 55 inch flat screen T.V. and plenty of storage already built-in.
The bathroom has a small sink to maximize the space, a flushing toilet and a full-size soaker tub. The washer dryer combo works perfectly. It washes and it dries all in the same machine.
