One loft is accessible via stairs & railing (approximately 57.6 sq ft.) and the other accessible via ladder (approximately 61.89 sq ft.) Both lofts can easily accommodate a queen size mattress. The downstairs day bed can sleep one which offers for the tiny to sleep 5 in total. The tiny is based on the Tumbleweed Elm style home but with both lofts using the maximum ceiling height possible, the entrance door is on the passenger side. It opens into the galley kitchen offering the maximum of sq footage available for living. The loft with the stairs has a skylight for those cloudless nights and star gazing. All windows can be opened (except the artistic Elm window) and offer mosquito screens throughout.
