Pending Sale! Simple Cozy Tiny House! Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in saratoga, California

Update: Pending Sale! Check back in case it falls through. Simple Tiny House for sale. I bought it as a project and never got around to finish it. The interior is all reclaimed wood, which makes it very cozy when you are in it. It has never been lived in. My loss, your win :-) Current configuration: - Wooden closet - Sink - Toilet with wooden seat and a simple bucket underneath - Folding Table - Metal splashboard at the sink kitchen counter. - Well maintained corrugated roof. - Good insulation all around - Beautiful reclaimed wood interior. - There is electricity, aka lines are laid, with light fixtures and switches. Alas, there is a short in the cable at the moment, but that is an easy fix, as the whole thing is not very complicated. - Garden hose connection that goes to the sink. The tires on the trailers look good. House and the trailer are around 6000 pounds. Let me know if you have any other questions, Mark.
