Pulls like a dream down the highway- perfect for living in while traveling, or parking in one spot. This is a certified RV that can be hauled by a full sized pickup with no special permits. It is 8 1/2' wide and 13 1/2' tall, and feels roomier inside due to the way we build at STH. We drop the floor down into the trailer and build out over the wheel wells, providing extra inches inside and a broader base for greater stability.
As a company, STH is very environmentally conscious, and according to that, use both closed cell spray foam and rigid foam that are zero ozone depletion. This makes for an extremely well insulated house that will stand up to tornado-force winds. The standing seam copper metal roof will keep your heads dry for a generation to come!
With a chemically-sensitive owner, we do not use formaldehyde based products, and are well suited to individuals who have these concerns as we do. We build with FSC plywood. This home comes with a minisplit for maximum heat/cooling, but during temperate weather, it can easily be heated with a tiny space heater. Fantastic window placement allows for simply opening the windows in warm weather and the entire house cools off from the cross breeze. Vents at either end of the home for better air circulation.
