House has been moved multiple times with no issues. Built in Utah and traveled across the country to Maine in 2019. House has only been used off-the-grid without running water. Rough plumbing was completed by a professional plumber during initial phases of construction. There is a small water heater and faucet ready to be installed by new owner. Stove top has also not been installed. New propane stove top and/or new induction stovetop is available.
