ThinHaus is a licensed, Arizona home builder and we still have one of our show models with every “bell & whistle” that we could think of for sale … so we will sell it for less than cost on a reverse auction. Each week or so, we’ll lower the price until it is gone.
We spent $84,500 to build this and have a suggested retail of more than a hundred grand. Let’s start the auction at $79,500 (you pay for commissions, title, taxes, transportation & delivery and fees, if applicable) and lower it a couple thousand every week or two. If you want it, you can buy it or wait and take your chances.
The A2410 is fully NOAH certified, engineered tiny house on wheels that is 10’ wide and 24’ long. It is built with steel studs and is 13’6” tall. We have maximized everything. The shell is steel and it has a full bath, full kitchen, laundry hook-ups, Mitsubishi mini-split and 100Amp electrical service. There are two lofts and a full sized sitting area with 7’ of head room. Two doors, steel railings, sliding ladder, ceiling fans, coffer trim, black outside steel sides, Shou Sugi Ban wood accents and a lot of windows.
