Built from “barge wagon” (See second photo) circa 1960, trailered home from near Macomb, Illinois, using recycled, salvaged, and new materials. Wagon frame shows minor battle scars of farm life.
New 20 gauge steel roof with 2x4 rafters; cross-braced 2x4 frame on 24 inch centers, Walls and ceiling bubble wrapped and then insulated; Steps included; 4 New tires.
Interior dimensions: 6 ft 3 inches by 13 ft 5 inches; 6 ft tall at shoulder; 7 ft 2 inches tall at peak.
Screened floor, two screened top-hinged windows, two interior and two exterior lights all with switches; five interior double receptacle plugs and one exterior GFI plug; all wired to connect to your extension cord. Five ft by six ft 3 inch sleep area (roughly queen size) converts to two benches with seat backs at the end. Four foot long standing work bench with lower shelf; Stackon metal safe with two keys; key holder, curtains, mirrors, etc. included as shown in photos. Used as art studio since completed in August 2016.
