This RV has a modern renovation, feels like a home on wheels.
Purchased from the original owner in 2021, renovated for full-time living. We've taken it to Glenwood Springs and Durango in Colorado, and all the way to Minnesota. We've spent cool summer days and warm winter nights in this RV.

What did we change?
The biggest change was flooring and LED lighting throughout the living and kitchen area. We also removed the original RV-style couch and dinette and replaced with a modern couch and foldable table for a workspace. Fresh paint was added to most walls.
What it still needs:
* Both small awnings over slide outs need replacements
*One arm on large manual awning needs a replacement part
* Blinds could use update. Bedroom windows original blinds completely removed. Valences removed for remaining blinds. All blinds function decently.
* Brakes due for replacement
* Roof - no cracks but needs new coat of paint for maintenance
* Minor cosmetic touch ups (we have extra paint for all colors)
* The generator needs to be replaced if you are going off grid. We camped at campgrounds and never used it.
