Constructed on a new 24 ft. trailer, the frame is notched Post & Beam with T&G pine siding manufactured on our sawmill using salvage timber off of the Grand Mesa. Fully insulated, wired and plumbed for full time living. The floor is beautiful reclaimed hardwood. Kitchen cabinets are handcrafted reclaimed cedar, and a thick Wood Slab counter top with matching hinged table complete the look. The all hand-crafted wood interior with two sleeping lofts has a great cozy feel, and the attached bedroom with large windows and french door give a nice open feel to small space living. The bathroom is currently plumbed to a septic system but a composting toilet or holding tank is easily do-able.
