Finally it was a fit, with financing & transport issues & location/zoning issues, and we have closed the sale. This "tiny house" was built by Lil Lodges of Alabama for 2016. It is on wheels & movable by a licensed mover. Used as the show model by the dealer. We lived in it through 2017 during our transition to upstate SC. . Approx 400 sq ft., approx 12' wide x 32' long. We gutted it of all its built-in cabinets, painted the wood shiplap interior, and installed all IKEA cabinetry in the kitchen, bedroom, bunk room, and bath. The open shelving in the kitchen is antique barnwood. Ceiling fans throughout. Recessed LED lights. Can sleep 3. The bunk room could be converted to another use. Look up "LP SmartSiding" for info on the exterior materials. This thing is solid & comfortable, and it was a delight to live in it. A 4' x 6' landing with steps is included. Unit is located in Central, SC 29630. Purchaser needs to have the unit moved to their own site (time is of the essence) by a qualified mover of their choice at their own expense. This includes responsibility for disconnecting power, water, exterior unit for the mini-split heat/AC system, and disconnecting the waste line from the current site.
