Completely off grid tiny house from private seller in the Denver area. This charming house is parked on a farm animal sanctuary only 15 minutes from downtown Denver! The lot rent is competitively priced, and includes trash/recycling and water access. Dogs are not permitted unless approved by the farm owner. The hardest thing about having a tiny house is finding a place to put it, but here that problem is solved!! This 160 sf home is built with a more open floor plan than is typical of tiny houses, so it does not feel cramped. This is off grid living, so it is not fancy! The only plumbing is for the shower, I use a water dispenser for my sink and a DIY composting toilet.
Rather than having a loft, the queen size bed platform is used as a seating area, much like a daybed, which makes the home feel much less cramped.
