Our High School students have recently finished their second Tiny Home and it is ready for delivery. This home features two lofts, kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The home is 192 ground floor sq feet (24 foot by 8 foot). Bathroom has a 36 inch shower. The trailer was manufactured by Trailermade. The home features steel framing to reduce weight, and increase R-Value of insulation. The home is fully spray foamed insulated, including the floor (closed cell-foam). Custom Hickory trim, Hickory cabinets, and custom concrete counter tops makes this a top of the line custom Tiny House. The home has a mini-split ductless heating and cooling unit for those hot days and cold nights. Price is negotiable, all funds from the home will be used to continue to provide outstanding learning opportunities in the Trades for our students.
