This Tiny House is 206 square feet on the lower level and 330 sq feet when including the 2 lofts. There are two sleeping lofts, providing sleeping place for 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed. The House has a complete kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and all the amenities of a typical home, just on a smaller scale. The home will be certified by Pacific West Tiny Homes, making it a certified Tiny Home RV. The home can be moved anywhere, and the students are willing to deliver as part of a final contract.
