This home was designed and built by students at Ness City High School. The students have won awards for construction and entrepreneurship because of the quality of this home. This Tiny House is 206 square feet on the lower level and 330 sq feet when including the 2 lofts. There are two sleeping lofts, providing sleeping place for 1 Queen bed and 1 Full bed. The House has a complete kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and all the amenities of a typical home, just on a smaller scale. The home will be certified by Pacific West Tiny Homes, making it a certified Tiny Home RV. The home can be moved anywhere, and the students are willing to deliver as part of a final contract.
