The exterior is built with a beautiful steel siding to keep it light weight and with very minimal maintenance. Wood inlays to give it a modern feel.
The interior is lined with painted tongue & groove and accented with lightly stained wood trim work compliment the Engineered hardwood flooring through out.
Custom built real wood cabinets with soft close drawers and hinges and has been surfaced with 1.5" butcher block counter tops. In the middle is a farm house sink with a subway tile back splash and a high end faucet. Above is open shelving. Cooking is on a three burner propane range with oven and has an exterior venting hood. Keeping your groceries cool is a large SS refrigerator. In the tall upper cabinet you have a washer/Dryer combo unit.
In the rear of the unit you have loft sleeping above with ladder access. There is roof window skylight that allows to access the roof. Under the loft is your living area with corner tv area.
You enter the bathroom through a beautifully stained barn door with a stand up subway tile shower with glass enclosure. Standard flushing toilet and a nice size vanity sink area with medicine cabinet above. The bath vent fan keeps the room dry while showering.
In the stairs you will notice the custom made drawers that make up the staircase. At the top of the stairs you enter the standing height master closet area with lots of hanging space. To its left is a nice desk area with drawers for a home office or getting ready to go on the town. The bed sits above the bathroom and hold a queen. While falling asleep you can star gaze out of a skylight.
The unit is powered by a 50 amp RV cord. All lighting is LED for low power consumption. There are 2-30lb propane tanks which are located under the gooseneck next to the mini split system. You have R21 closed cell spray foam walls and ceiling. This home handles cold climate well.
