Like new 3 year old 8X16 tiny home Tiny House on a Trailer for Sale in Blanco, Texas

Price reduced to 13, 000 or best reasonable offer for quick sale. Might negotiate this price to help with relocation. This is an 8X16 tiny sitting on a dual axle trailer. It has a queen size loft and a full size shower and commode. It was originally built by a professional home builder from San Antonio, Tx. It is currently sitting on my property 40 miles north of San Antonio. I replaced the a/c 8 months ago. The living area has a folding couch. The kitchen is open with no appliances. There is a 7.8 cubic foot fridge/freezer. The tires are one year old. Plenty of storage. It can be pulled by a 3/4 ton truck. I will issue a bill of sale at time of purchase.
