2019 custom built Tiny House made with an open wallet and high end taste. Built on a 3 axle 27,000 pound flat bed trailer with a sheet metal bottom pan purchased specifically for building the house. The overall weight of the house is 18,000 pounds and rode easily both on & off-road for 315 miles from the site where it was built in Laytonville, Ca to it’s current location in Carson City, Nv. The exterior is made with Metal roofing, siding and custom flashing to provide building longevity while also tying into the Train Car design. This tiny house is setup for an easy install of a solar system to provide a complete off-the-grid lifestyle taking advantage of the compost toilet and RecPro waste water and freshwater tanks with a Takagi tankless water heater for building including the 32”x32” Aquatic shower. The use of Clerestory windows creates open space and provides natural lighting during the day and a custom LED lighting package costing over 8k was installed for night time lighting. To complement the wood finishes, beautiful Mt. Moriah thin stone a real stone veneer were installed at the bathroom floor and at the Shetland HiFlame wood fireplace. The tiny house also has AC/Heating installed for easy temperature control. This house also has a high end entertainment center, including a stereo, computer, tv, cd/dvd player setup with eight speakers both interior and exterior. Small was the design thought, big was the appliance package including top of the line items as the fridge, Five Star 24” gas stove and hood (with a horizontal propane tank installed), washer and dryer and other kitchen appliances to match. The bedroom was made with a custom bed size big enough for two people and cabinets and closet areas for easy access to clothes and linens. Cabinets were made with custom hidden panels to provide safe like features. Nothing was missed in the design and construction of this tiny house as it has all the bells and train whistles.
