This is a 25' tiny house. It is mounted on an old Penske box truck chassis. Here are some of the components that it has:
Double pane windows - Two fixed, four awning windows that open. Metal clad frames.
Direct vent propane heater with thermostat.
On demand propane water heater.
40-gallon freshwater tank.
35-gallon black/grey water tanks.
Big two-sided bathroom/kitchen sink.
Rigid foam insulation, including the floor.
500-watt solar system with three-way power.
Wynter fridge/freezer low amp draw for 12 volt systems.
Outdoor shower with hot water.
One burner Induction cooktop and small propane cooktop.
Lofted almost queen size bed.
Pioneer head unit with two speakers inside.
Air Springs and Pretty new tires.
New Kenwood backup camera and radio.
And many more...
This rig is almost entirely off-grid and given the correct preparation, you could live off-grid for two weeks or more. Currently, the odometer reads about 120k miles, but I am still driving the rig so it will probably be closer to 125k when you purchase it.
