Built in the heart of Nelson County VA, this tiny home on a 32' trailer has served as a wonderful room of requirement for myself and guests over the past few years. I lived in it full time for a year, then towed it to its current location in Gordonsville where it has served as guest house, office, studio, meeting space and quiet zone. Layout: Enter through the main door into the kitchen and great room, connected by a breakfast bar that seats 2. Vaulted ceilings, whitewashed walls and large windows give this space an airy feel. Continue down the hall and pass the bathroom on your left, to the back bedroom which has a pocket door for privacy. A built-in bookshelf, closet, storage above the closet, and a sliding glass door make the most of this room! Back in the hallway, you have the option of scaling the built-in ladder to access the loft with space for an additional bed. Behind the loft (over the main bedroom) is an attic. The color scheme and interior features are designed to give artsy Southwest vibes. Tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings provide the warmth of wood, paired with luxury vinyl plank floor for easy cleanup. Form meets function in this one-of-a-kind tiny home!
