This 20’ cargo trailer was built into a fully wheelchair accessible tiny home. The trailer is 20’ long, 8.5’ wide, and 7’ tall. It is fully equipped with a queen size bed, roll under kitchen counter, sink, and stove, roll under bathroom sink, a roll in shower, and a roll under table. It has a full size fridge and freezer that runs on power or propane. There are options for running on AC power and fully off grid. It has 4, 100 watt solar panels mounted to the roof with full off grid setup for the entire home including 2 ion batteries. The trailer is equipped with an air conditioner, a propane furnace, and a tiny wood stove for all temperature needs. The back end was built out as a ramp and the back door is a custom built pocket door and is fully wheelchair accessible. The bed is on a lift system that raises and lowers via a touch button. The bed will raise up to the ceiling in order for you to access the back door, and will need to be lowered when going to bed. All features are button operated for someone with limited hand function to operate independently including the bed system, 2 Maxx air ceiling fans, Dometic air conditioner, Dometic furnace, Dometic stove igniter, and all electrical features. The kitchen cabinets include pull down inserts in order to be accessible. A water heater was installed to run on propane and there is a 26 gallon fresh water tank and 26 gallon grey water tank with a heater installed. It is sold fully furnished.
