This is a 8' x 40' tiny home constructed on a goose-neck trailer. There is one bathroom in this tiny home with a walk in shower. One bedroom in the back of the home with a staircase leading up. The house is bolted down on the trailer with 1/2” steel threaded rods ever 48”, four of these go from the top plate all the way through the wall and connect to the bottom of the trailer. The bottom of the trailer has a welded on belly pan. The trailer was constructed for a tiny house in mind, with 2x6 steel floor joist every 16 inches. The roof rafters where all screwed down using 3-1/2” screws and hurricane straps. It has a solid metal roof, vinyl siding. The interior has bamboo flooring, and shiplap interior walls. The tiny house was constructed using SIP panels. These panels were purchased from Raycore with a R-38 rating. The hot water tank is a tankless Eemax 240v 2.4 GPM.
