Finished 2019 TH Shell, framing, zip panels, roof, windows/door, electrical completed by a professional TH builder. TH has completed, siding, ceiling, interior walls, 30 R rock wool insulation, flooring, small fridge, and one small counter/cabinet. Does NOT have, plumbing (in or out) HW heater, shower/toilet, kitchen sink, heating. Was lived in for 5 months over Colorado winter, and was heated with a small portable radiant space heater which work very well. NEED TO SELL. Situation has changed and no longer have time to finish.
